POSITION OPENING: OPERATIONS AND OFFICE MANAGER
Job Description
Seeking an exceptional, driven and experienced candidate with demonstrated operational, logistics, and office management skills.
Responsibilities as Operations Manager:
- Manage operations of Build Change’s West Sumatra/Bengkulu offices
- Implement Build Change’s procurement system, including recruiting and hiring staff, obtaining requests for quotations, and asset control system
- Hire and manage vehicles and drivers, including preparing contracts, coordinating schedules, implement Build Change’s vehicle manual
- Hire and manage Build Change security guards and develop a security plan for Build Change office and staff housing
- Regularly update the Build Change asset inventory
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Plan
- Find new houses for office/staff
- Manage the movement/opening of new offices/houses
- Troubleshoot information technology, ensure safety and make backups of Build Change Electronic Data
