JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant to the Area General Manager
LOCATION: Banyan Tree Bintan , Indonesia
With the following requirements:
1. Excellent command in verbal and written English
2. Good Customer Relation and Leadership Skills
3. Computer knowledge (Microsoft word , Excel and Power Point)
Responsibilities would include:
1.Renders secretarial and administrative services to the Area General Manager
2.Guest Comments – Maintains a well-organized file of all guest comments liaises with the concerned parties regarding investigations, follows-up on required actions, prepares the necessary correspondence in reply to comments.
3.Maintains calendar, schedules meetings and appointments, and make travel and accommodation arrangements.
4.Plan and prepare meetings materials and record meeting minutes.
5.Assists with providing timely and service-oriented phone reception.
6.Special Projects (BSC and Empowerment Program) â€“ Takes on assignments and projects as directed by the AGM, coordinating with the concerned parties to ensure its timely completion and successful implementation.
