Lowongan Kerja: Senior Project Manager, Invesment Company

We are a large Malaysian Investment Management Company with interest in property development in Malaysia and other countries and are looking for an experienced SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER for our multi million dollar development projects in Pakistan and surrounding areas, He will lead the project, which include residential and commercial developments as well as recreational facilities
The role:
* To co-ordinate the sales launches of the various projects and the subsequent sales;
* Fully responsible for managing all aspects of the development of the projects
* Responsible for the timely delivery of the project
* Managing the appointment and monitoring of all professional such as external project managers, consultants, quality surveyors, architects and structural engineers;
* Recruitment and training of all relevant project staff
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Building Surveying or Construction related studies
