Jobs & Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement Compensation & Benefit tools to manage all employee benefits.
* Conceptualize and implement strategic HR and Training Development programs aligned with Corporate and company business strategies
* Create and drive manpower, communication and staff welfare activities
* Drive Employee Communication for better management and employee relationships.
* Develop and implement Employee Career Progression for employees’ career development.
* Formulate and implement HR Policies to motivate and encourage employees for better work performance.
* Develop and implement staff welfare programs to improve work-life balance.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Human Resources, Management or other related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing company.
3. Good understanding of key business drivers to drive company performance.
4. Able to develop new HR initiatives to achieve business results.
5. Possess zeal and enthusiasm to drive HR initiatives and activities in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
