RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Payroll Payment
- Preparation and processing of payroll for all of the CARE Indonesia offices
- Submission to the finance unit payroll for final review and audit;
- Preparation of payroll reports for Finance;
- Respond to employee inquiries on matters regarding their payroll
- Checking the all component related with Payment Payroll
- Preparing and inputting the Journal transactions Payroll to Scala
- Preparing the reconciliation report of the current month salary payments for all staff
- Preparing the Payroll transaction summaries for the finance department
