VP R&D
JOB PURPOSE:
Provides technical and operational support services via advancement of R&D to enable the Group’s Plantation businesses to achieve their current and future business plans
NATURE AND SCOPE:
This job is responsible for the advancement of scientific methods and technical standards of the Group’s operations in Plantation. Responsibilities include investigations and experimentation aimed at practical applications of new scientific theories, as well as applications of existing scientific theories and techniques to the design and development of new products and processes.
The job is directly accountable to:
1. CEO , Indonesia operationally, and
2. Head, R&D Centre on R&D directions and programmes.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Directs the formulation and implementation of all R&D plan, programmes and procedures to improve products, processes and services
2. Provides direction on R&D activities ensuring them to be compatibles with the Group’s plans and
